An accomplished designer and master of couture from Pakistan, Umar Sayeed, was the final act of day 2 at Fashion Pakistan Week 2012 (FPW 3). The house of Umar Sayeed presented his four luxury lines Umar Sayeed light, Umar Batool, Umar Sayeed psyche and Umar Sayeed Couture. Starting off with fresh vibrant color gowns paired with monochromatic mosaic prints, the second part showcased his signature jhoola shirts and kali kurtas. Maheen Khan’s Collection at Fashion Pakistan Week 2012 (FPW 3 – Day 1)

Been in the field for decades, Maheen Khan, showcased 15 unique designs of her fairytale collection at the first day of Fashion Pakistan Week 2012 (FPW 3). Starting off with light colors like White, Beige and Grey which were quite simple yet elegant, colors started flowing from dark red and ended up at black. A classy collection no doubt ending the night to a perfect tone. Bunto Kazmi dazzles at the start and another veteran designer finishes it off in perfect style and mood to head into the second day of this glamorous fashion event. Bunto Kazmi’s Exclusive Collection at Fashion Pakistan Week 2012 (FPW 3 – Day 1)

Doing what she does best, Bunto Kazmi, mesmerizes the full house at Fashion Pakistan Week 2012 (FPW 3) with her exotic bridal pieces which dazzled at the opening of this mega fashion event. Remaining true to her design philosophy, Bunto showcased 14 pieces of traditional, artistic and Mughal inspired motifs and floral’s. Each 14 pieces had different design philosophy and inspiration behind it. As per appearance the designs were titled as Nauroze, Daastaan, Red Tulip, Floral Fantasy, Silver Lining, Gardenia, Fields of gold, The Phoenix, Sehr, The Imperial Bride, Two folds, Traditional Finery, Garden of Eden and The Maharani. The show was opened by Pakistan’s top model/actress Aamina Sheikh as she appeared in “Nauroze”, a design inspired by the French influence on the Kashmir shawl usually referred to as the Nauroze shawls. HSY Game of Kings Collection – PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week 2011 Day 1

The Pakistan Fashion Design Council (PFDC) recently organized a fire cracker of a Bridal Week in Lahore. The PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week 2011 showcased pieces of talented designers from dresses to jewelry. The four day event showcased dazzling ramp walks, live performances and enchanting show stoppers. After witnessing Sonia Azhar’s Enlightenment Collection on day 1 we follow The king of couture Hassan Sheheryar Yasin or HSY’s “Game of Kings” Collection. Inspired by the classical game of polo, the whole collection theme included the polo touch with basic color palette of black, tan, gold and chocolate. The collection was comprised for both Menswear and Womenswear. The leather bags were made for HSY by Vintage Montana.
The show was opened by famous Polo player Shameel Alam, followed by dazzling Meesha Shafi accompanied by a Dane. All in all the most highlighted ramp scene for day 1 was HSY‘s amazing design philosophy and his adopted theme for displaying such a couture collection at Bridal Week. The pantene Bridal Couture Week 2011 by Style 360 kicked off on 15th October 2011 in Lahore. The most prestigious Fashion event in Pakistan;’s Fashion industry exhibits the top notch designers work from Pakistan. The platform provides the designers to showcase their contemporary designs to the rest of the world.
The first day of Bridal Couture Week involved Top Pakistani Designer Mehdi, and his ethnic contemporary collection that embezzled the audience as well as the Photographers. Special guest appearence were made by Pakistani Cricket legend Wasim Akram and Top model/Actress Iman Ali. The whole collection by Mehdi is superb and a true work of art. Models wearing the pieces of mehdi in this Ramp walk were Mehreen Syed, Ayyan, Rabia Butt, Neha Ahmed, Iman Ali, Cybil, Sabina Pasha and many other top glamourous Models from the fashion industry.
