[Press Release, Karachi] Pantene Bridal Couture Week 2013 organized by Style360 kicked off to a rollicking start yesterday, on 19th April 2013. The beautifully decorated lounge and red carpet area, complete with fresh flower arrangements set the tone for the evening. The ramp created on straight, modern lines gave a beautifully contemporary look in marked contrast to the more classic sets normally used at PBCW. Playing with layers and lights and images of nature the set was stark white so as not to detract attention from the clothes and gave a surreal look to the venue.

One of the big names from the Pakistani Fashion industry, Nomi Ansari ended the day 3 of Fashion Pakistan Week 2012 (FPW 3) with cheers and applause. His collection was inspired and specially made for some of the most beloved Pakistani celebrities including Maheen Khan, Frieha Altaf, Shamaeel Ansari, Saba Ansari, Meera, Maria Wasti, Sanam Agha, Sadia Imam, Nida Yasir, Ayesha Omar and others who modeled for the designer on the ramp. Ahmed ali butt from EP performed “Im sexy and I know it”. Nomi paid his tribute to the stars and showed that he is able to take one step forward and go from catwalk fashion to pure entertainment. The second designer on day 1 of Pantene Bridal Couture Week 2012 Karachi was Aamir Baig. Aamir has successfully set his label
apart by offering custom designs with a combination of eastern & western elements and a flexible budget, catering to a wide range of clientele. He presented a collection on the ramp that boasted a mix of color and embellishments. One can easily notice how he loves to play with colors making each dress a unique work of art. His collection was marked by predominance of polka dots and geometrical shapes. Nida Yasir was the showstopper of his collection wearing a unique multicolored coat/dress.
