Fashion Pakistan is delighted to announce the dates for Fashion Pakistan Week-4 Fall /Winter: October 21st to 23rd 2012 in Karachi.
Pakistan’s most credible, progressive and cutting-edge Fashion Week will present the latest men’s wear and women’s wear collections of Pakistani top designers and leading male and female models.

Bunto Kazmi’s Exclusive Collection at Fashion Pakistan Week 2012 (FPW 3 – Day 1)

Doing what she does best, Bunto Kazmi, mesmerizes the full house at Fashion Pakistan Week 2012 (FPW 3) with her exotic bridal pieces which dazzled at the opening of this mega fashion event. Remaining true to her design philosophy, Bunto showcased 14 pieces of traditional, artistic and Mughal inspired motifs and floral’s. Each 14 pieces had different design philosophy and inspiration behind it. As per appearance the designs were titled as Nauroze, Daastaan, Red Tulip, Floral Fantasy, Silver Lining, Gardenia, Fields of gold, The Phoenix, Sehr, The Imperial Bride, Two folds, Traditional Finery, Garden of Eden and The Maharani. The show was opened by Pakistan’s top model/actress Aamina Sheikh as she appeared in “Nauroze”, a design inspired by the French influence on the Kashmir shawl usually referred to as the Nauroze shawls. Finally the day came when Fashion Pakistan council staged their third fashion week after a hiatus of almost 2 years. The atmosphere was electrifying as it was a full house at Pearl Continental, Karachi. Seven designers showcased their high quality pieces which were not only for the local market but can also be successful worldwide. Kudos to Catwalk Production & Event and Catalyst PR & marketing for pulling a great event with attention to details. Major sponsors Eitehad Airways announced a special award for the “Most Inspired Designer” of the day. Another award was for the best dressed Male and Female at red carpet that went to Muniba Kamal & Declan Walsh.

After a huge success of Fashion Pakistan week 1 and 2, Fashion Pakistan presents the viewer’s FPW 3 along with more excited and glamorous style. The biggest event in the history of Pakistani Fashion Industry is finally taken place in Karachi after struggling the event’s date issue; the day has come to show the diligently exclusive achievement of Pakistani Fashion Industry to the market of style. Starting from the 7th of April 2012 the event would last up to 10th April.
What makes Fashion Pakistan Week as one of the mega fashion event of the year is the fact that there is a hard working team behind the scenes who was fortunate enough to create a major hype in media and fashion world even in these tough times. [Press Release] - Fashion Pakistan Week is the country’s first and largest platform providing a much-needed boost to Pakistan’s fledgling fashion industry. This council’s objective was to show the world that the Pakistan fashion industry is a force to be reckoned with and was created to promote and support Pakistani fashion in the global market place. As a part of the Council of International Fashion Designers, FPW members represent a major segment of the design fraternity working together to encourage, promote and facilitate the development and growth of the fashion industry and make it competitive in international markets by building on relationships with buyers both overseas and domestic, establishing and strengthening ties with foreign designers.
