The key to the perfect smokey eye is proper blending.
You want to make sure colors are blended together flawlessly. Also it is important to pair light base colors with rich dark colors. Nice mixes include:
Soft gold base with deep purple on top, champagne base with bright blue and peach base with a green shade. 1- first all all you should prepare your eyelids, this is also known as 'priming' this is where you apply a light colored base which would help your eye makeup last all day. it also helps the colors stick to your lid more.
2- Apply a dark colour ( blacks or greys) above the lashline (above ur upper eyelashes) make this line quick thick because we will be blending it out later so it doesnt matter if its not done properly. Blend upwards.
3- apply your choice of colour to create this smokey look, purples, greens, blues would be nice. blend this all over your eye.
4- apply the dark colour again on the outer V of your eye making a side ways v in your eye and blend this further.
5- lastly apply top eyeliner and mascara and you are finished.
